Calcium contributes to strong bones and teeth. The soft chewable tablets have a fresh lemon flavor. With vitamin D3 for an optimal intake of calcium.
Usage: Take a minimum of 2 Calcium Soft Chews per day. The number of Soft Chews depends on how much dairy (cheese, milk and yogurt) you consume each day. Talk to a dietician to see what is best for you. Take Calcium Soft Chew with or without a meal. Just not at the same time as the multivitamin. Calcium reduces the absorption of iron. Make sure there is a minimum of 2 hours between taking the multivitamin and Calcium Soft Chew or dairy products.
