Calcium Forte Peppermint
After surgery, your body needs a lot more calcium to help keep your bones and teeth strong and healthy. FitForMe Calcium Forte contains calcium citrate, which is a form of calcium that is easily absorbed by the body. Calcium Forte is fortified with vitamin D3, which promotes the absorption of calcium. The tablets have a refreshing mint flavour!
The absorption of the iron in WLS Optimum is reduced when calcium is taken with WLS Optimum, so these supplements should be taken at different times. There should be at least a two-hour interval between supplements. If you are taking two tablets a day, we recommend that you take them separately to ensure optimal absorption of calcium in your body.
Recommended intake: 1-2 tablets daily as a supplement to your diet. It is recommended to take before or with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise directed by your doctor. The product is not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
