Calcium Forte Orange
After surgery, your body needs a lot more calcium to help keep your bones and teeth strong and healthy. FitForMe Calcium Forte contains calcium citrate, a form of calcium that is easily absorbed by the body. Calcium Forte is fortified with vitamin D3, which promotes the absorption of calcium. The tablets have a refreshing orange flavour!
The absorption of the iron in WLS Optimum is reduced when calcium is taken with WLS Optimum, so these supplements should be taken at different times. There should be at least a two-hour interval between supplements. If you are taking two tablets a day, we recommend that you take them separately to ensure optimal absorption of calcium in your body.
Recommended dose: 1-2 tablets daily as a supplement to your diet. It is recommended to take before or with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless otherwise directed by your doctor. This product is not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
