Take 1 protein shake a day in addition to a protein rich diet. Natural sources of protein are dairy, eggs, meat and fish. Use Pure Whey Protein early in the morning, after exercise or sports, between meals or before bedtime. Preparation is simple. Dissolve 30 grams of Pure Whey Protein in 200 ml of water, skimmed or semi-skimmed milk and mix in a shaker or blender. Or add Pure Whey Protein to all kinds of dishes. Make sure you do not heat Pure Whey Protein above 70 degrees. Choose from 3 delicious flavours: natural, vanilla or strawberry.
