Traditional multivitamin supplements are not sufficient after bariatric surgery, often requiring patients to take different vitamins several times a day. WLS Optimum Chewable‘s specially formulated formula meets your vitamin and mineral needs after gastric banding or gastric sleeve procedure.
WLS Optimum Chewable contains vitamins and minerals from 100% to 400% of your recommended daily allowance, ensuring you get just the right amount of vitamins and minerals to help you stay in good shape. For a faster recovery, we recommend you start using WLS Optimum or the WLS Optimum Chewable version as early as one month before surgery.

Tips for the most effective use of FitForMe WLS Optimum Chewable vitamin.
- The ideal time to take the vitamin is 1 to 2 hours after breakfast. This makes the vitamin easier to digest.
- Do not drink and eat large quantities immediately before, during and after taking the capsule. This way you avoid feeling nauseous.
WARNING! Sugar (also natural sugar) and foods rich in sugars can, after a bariatric operation, be heavy for your body. It is advisable to choose foods without sugars, to avoid nausea.
- WLS Optimum Chewable Vitamins can be taken immediately after bariatric surgery or at any time during the following three weeks.
